Electrical devices generally tolerate these continuous and frequent fluctuations well, but when they become excessive, they can cause real drops and peaks in voltage, which should be prevented.
Sometimes, they reach such a level as to burn the audio and video endings of radio and television, thus forcing to face an unforeseen expense that, with some caution, could have been avoided.
